Non-Returnable Items (Earrings):

For health and safety reasons, all sales of earrings are final. This is in strict adherence to hygiene regulations that govern personal use items. Once earrings have been opened or the items have been worn, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Defective or Damaged Merchandise:

Returns for Non-Earring Items:

All original tags and packaging materials must be intact.

At this time, Fame Catch does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you may return it (subject to the conditions outlined above) for a refund and place a new order.

Custom and Personalized Orders:

Due to the bespoke nature of custom and personalized jewelry, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage customers to confirm all details and specifications before placing an order for custom pieces.

Shipping Issues and Lost Packages:

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Fame Catch uses USPS First-Class/Ground Advantage Mail for shipping. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to USPS. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with the process if necessary by providing any supporting documentation.

Order Cancellations:
